Business Analyst

Business Analysts at ICC are experienced in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) utilizing Agile, Iterative and RUP methodologies. They excel at requirements gathering, JAD sessions, systems analysis, documentation, business process modeling and QA testing. They are well versed in Use Cases, diagramming, work flows, artifacts, screen shots, wireframes and mock-ups.

Business Intelligence Professional

Our BI consultants have the technical and industry knowledge to engage our clients in the areas of balanced scorecards, ILM, metadata and master data management, BI visualization and dashboards, profitability and complex analytics. We have seasoned technicians with real world experience with Infosphere (DataStage), Cognos, Business Objects and BODI, the entire Microsoft BI stack, Informatica, Consensus, MicroStrategy, OBIEE and many other technologies.

Creative/Interactive Design

Our Creative and Interactive Design Consultants are experts in the design and development of websites and applications (desktop and mobile), interactive media, and video content with rich motion graphics and 3D visuals. Tools and languages used include Flash, ActionScript, CSS, HTML, JavaScript, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, InDesign, and more.

Project Manager

ICC Project Managers excel at managing large scale initiatives that solve business problems for our clients. They specialize in leading teams through the entire project life cycle where they manage scope, budgets, resources, project timelines, and more.

Quality Assurance

Our QA consultants specialize in both manual and automated testing of web-based, database, data warehousing, Client/Server, and mainframe applications for our clients. They are well versed in the use of automated tools by HP, Rational, and Compuware to perform Functional, Integration, System, Regression, Performance, User Acceptance, Black Box, White Box, Positive, and Negative testing.

SharePoint Solutions

We engage and collaborate with business and technical decision makers to translate business needs into technical solutions leveraging the breadth of Microsoft SharePoint products and technologies and Microsoft business productivity solutions to drive down costs, provide real business value, and turn business strategy into reality. Areas of strength include the design, architecture, disaster recovery, and implementation of Microsoft Office SharePoint Server (MOSS), Windows SharePoint Services, and SharePoint Portal Server (SPS).

Software Architect/Developer

ICC’s architects and developers are experienced in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle, from requirements gathering and application design/development, to deployment within large-scale, multi-server, multi-database environments. We leverage this expertise to build .NET and Java/JEE development frameworks, implement large-scale enterprise class applications and deploy multi-country, multi-language e-commerce applications. We provide training and mentoring of staff on emerging technologies, as well as Agile development practices.
